The terms “BioTelemetry,” “we,” “our,” and “us” include BioTel Holter Direct, LLC and its affiliates.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information we obtain through the website that references this Privacy Policy (the “Website”) from and about you when you use the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website and does not relate to BioTelemetry’s other websites or other information collection. BioTelemetry’s website privacy policy is available here.


Account Information. To create an account to make a purchase, you will need to provide information about yourself and your organization, such as your name, organization name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and password. You may also provide other optional information.

Using the Website. We collect information, including personal information, you provide through the Website.

Making Payments. When you make payments through the Website, you will need to provide financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our third-party service providers. We do not collect or store such information, though we will receive information about completed transactions that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.

Communicate with Us. We collect information about you through your communications with our customer-support team or through other communications with us.

Automatic Data Collection: Cookies and Related Technologies. When you visit the Website or open our emails, we and our third-party partners collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. Communications. We may send emails to the email address you provide to us to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, transactional purposes, customer service, system maintenance, and other Website-related purposes.

Marketing. We may use information about you and your use of the Website for marketing purposes, such as sending you information we think may be useful or relevant to you. You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

The Website may contain links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of other websites, and we are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of the third parties that operate or interact with those other websites.
